It was a major challenge to bring three organisations with three different interiors and three different working methods together in one space. But together, we achieved the ultimate goal: create a sustainable space that invites collaboration. A large amount of the offices’ existing furniture was restyled in the new design. We used sustainable materials in the refurbishments and sourced a few extra pieces from secondhand retailers to complete the design. “From the very first moment that I entered this new office, I met more colleagues than I have in the past two years,” says one of the firm’s employees.
